Role: Export Sales Administrator

Market: Europe & Asia
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Salary: Competitive Basic

Fancy working for a new dynamic start up business with a wealth of experience? Are you passionate about customer service and maintaining customer relations? If the answer is yes, then we want to hear from you.

The Europe and Asia sales administrator will plays a key administrative role in supporting the Europe and Asian sales team and provide an important link between the sales team and the client.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you work in a fast-paced, challenging and competitive environment, processing all sales-related paperwork and arranging appointments for salespeople to visit new and established customers.

Specific responsibilities include dealing with quotes, product support and monitoring ongoing orders. Working in this particular area of sales you are often the first point of contact for customers, who may need assistance with orders, requests and complaints.

Ideal candidates for the role are efficient and adaptable workers with good all-round administrative abilities, including a working knowledge of spreadsheets and a CRM system. You must have excellent customer service skills and be good organisers. A second language would be favourable.

Role: UK Business Development Manager
Market: UK & Ireland
Location: Chelmsford, Essex

The UK Business Development Manager will play a key role in the overall sales team dealing with UK and Irish clients and will be regularly expected to visit specific catering equipment companies in the UK and Ireland. You will be encouraged to build new relationships and maintaining existing with all clients.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you work in a fast-paced, challenging and competitive environment, communicating and meeting clients within the food service industry. We will be looking for you to improve profitability on the route through the development of new business introduced from overseas distributors.

Ideal candidates for the role will have a proven track record in export sales, efficient with excellent inter-personal skills.
